OUR STORY

We started from the client’s challenge, not from a product.

Jadara’s founders spent years with multinational IT companies, building strong relationships with local solution integrators and hundreds of customers across countries and industries.

Where the founders built their careers
  • IBM
  • BMC
  • HP
  • EMC
  1. What we saw

Multinational vendors are strong, but they are organized around the products that earn most of their revenue, and their internal processes slow their response to what customers need.

  2. What we chose

To start from the client’s challenge and deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions designed for it, at the pace the client needs.

  3. What we add

A Saudi company that pairs international experience with an understanding of the Kingdom’s culture and its clients’ language, delivering unconventional technology solutions that meet economic challenges and lead to a reliable model of business excellence.

OUR MISSION

To maximize value for our customers through innovative solutions.

OUR VISION

To be the partner of choice for innovative solutions and top-quality professional services in the region.

A WORD FROM OUR CEO

Our success is not what we deliver. It is what stays with you after delivery.

I have spent more than twenty-five years close to where an organization’s data lives: from IBM mainframe systems, to leading HP’s consulting services across the Middle East, to EMC, and then as president of Datability, a firm dedicated to data warehousing, business intelligence and data quality. Every step taught me the same lesson: technology alone does not create value. Value comes from trusted data, clear ownership and a team that knows how to run what was built for it.

Jadara stands on that lesson. Today the Kingdom treats data as a national asset: the National Data Management Office sets the standards, the National Data Index measures maturity, and every entity is expected to prove its progress with evidence. That is why data governance and data quality are the foundation of everything we build, the ground that platforms, analytics and AI stand on, to the Kingdom’s standards and in its language.

My commitment to you

  1. We start from your challenge, not from a product to sell.
  2. We work in your language, on your premises, on your own data.
  3. We prove progress with evidence, against the Kingdom’s standards.
  4. We hand over capability, not just a project, so your team leads after us.

That is what we mean when we say: “We build your solution.” I look forward to hearing about your next challenge.
