Jadara follows Project Management Institute methodology, with a dedicated project manager as the single point of contact, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, and stage gates approved by the steering committee.

Three-stage review of every deliverable

A draft by the workstream lead, a technical and peer review with the client’s comments, then a final version for approval with its review log.

V-model testing

Component, integration, system and acceptance tests are planned alongside design, so defects surface early rather than in the last week.

Stage gates with exit criteria

No phase begins until the client formally approves the previous gate against defined deliverables.

Release management

Every change is tested in a non-production environment and documented under version control before promotion to production.

KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER

Six steps until your team leads.

Training is theoretical and hands-on, in Arabic and English, on site and on the organization’s own data; every workshop ends with an assessment that feeds the training evaluation report.

    Training-needs analysis per role and an initial competency check.

  2. Learn

    Awareness sessions, classroom workshops and labs by role.

  3. Observe

    Your team observes Jadara configuring on your own data.

  4. Co-execute

    Paired execution of catalog, rules, lineage and workflows.
